Bonjour, I’m Jerome.

I’m a 51-year-old French lifestyle blogger living in the beautiful town of Thornbury (north Bristol), UK. I’m also a proud father of four, a skincare enthusiast, a fragrance lover, and a bit of a tech geek—especially when it comes to audio gear and mobile gadgets.

Since 2014, I’ve been writing at Dapper & Groomed, a blog I first started as a daddy blog during my kids’ early years. What began as a personal journal evolved into something much bigger: a trusted lifestyle destination for men who want to take care of themselves, look good, and feel more confident—at any age.

From Blogger to Full-Time Creator

In 2024, after ten years of blogging on the side, I took the leap and became a full-time content creator. It wasn’t an easy decision, but turning 50 gave me the push I needed to focus on what I truly love—helping men rediscover themselves.

My content now spans:

Tech gadgets and accessories (especially audio gear)
