Happy Thanksgiving to My US Readers: A Personal Message From the UK
/A Thanksgiving Message to My US Readers
Today feels a little special on my side of the Atlantic. It’s Thanksgiving in the US, and since most of you reading me every day are from there, I wanted to pause for a moment and simply say thank you. Honestly, I don’t take it for granted. As a French guy living in Bristol, writing from my little home office with a coffee by my side, it still amazes me that so many of you follow my work, trust my reviews, and keep coming back week after week. It means more than you know.
Right now, as I’m typing this, I’ve got the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on TV. It’s such an iconic part of the day, even from here, it brings a bit of that American holiday magic into my living room. My kids are wandering in and out, asking questions about the giant balloons, and for a moment it feels like I’m celebrating with all of you.
So wherever you are (gathered around a table with family, cooking, travelling, or just enjoying a quiet moment )I’m wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you for being here, for reading, for supporting this little corner of the internet I’m building. I appreciate you deeply.
Enjoy the food, the warmth, the laughter… and maybe a well-earned nap after the turkey.
With gratitude,
Jerome
A heartfelt Thanksgiving message to my US readers, written from the UK as I watch the Macy’s Parade. A short, personal note of gratitude to everyone who supports my blog.
