Bad Bunny Just Dropped a Zara Collection and It's Already Selling Out
At Dapper & Groomed, fashion doesn't get covered for the sake of it. But when a collaboration comes along that's genuinely about how a man chooses to present himself to the world — not just what brand he's wearing — that's worth paying attention to. The new Benito Antonio collection from Bad Bunny and Zara is exactly that kind of drop.
If you missed the initial launch last week, don't worry — Zara has quietly restocked some of the most sought-after pieces from the Benito Antonio collection, the new 150-piece capsule co-created with Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny. Some items sold out within minutes of the May 21st launch. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the demand.
What is the Benito Antonio collection?
Named after his government name — Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio — the Spring Summer 2026 collection comprises two distinct selections: one built around cotton essentials, the other around tailored suit sets designed for summer. It's not a celebrity vanity drop. This was created alongside his longtime creative director Janthony Oliveras, built around a single guiding principle: Benito's own point of view.
The unisex collection spans casual cotton tees, lived-in sweat sets, minimalist evening wear, tailored suits, playful swimwear and practical accessories — ranging from monochromatic moments to vibrant plaids, stripes and colour-block designs.
How did this collaboration come about?
The relationship between Bad Bunny and Zara didn't begin with this drop. He first teased the collaboration by wearing custom looks developed with Zara at the Super Bowl halftime show, then followed it up with a custom black tuxedo of his own design developed alongside Zara at the 2026 Met Gala. By the time Benito Antonio officially launched, the groundwork had been laid for months.
The visual identity of the collection was developed with M/M Paris in close collaboration with Benito, drawing from the visual language he has always carried — electric poles, street infrastructure, handmade textures, details of everyday Puerto Rican life that often go unnoticed until someone chooses to see them differently.
What's actually in the collection?
The capsule is organised into a lookbook featuring 72 distinct outfits, showing how each piece can be mixed and matched and transitioned from day into night. There's a graphic tee that references his Super Bowl performance — it reads "The only thing more powerful than hate is love" — which feels less like merch and more like a statement piece. There are striped cotton-linen jumpers, co-ord sets, swimwear, and tailored evening looks that would genuinely work for a man who wants to dress with some personality this summer without going full streetwear.
Where can you buy it?
The full collection is available at zara.com and in select Zara stores worldwide, including Zara Man in NYC (73 Spring Street, Soho), The Grove Los Angeles, and Miami Brickell. Stock levels are described as limited, though Zara has already done at least one quiet restock since launch. If something shows "coming soon", it's worth checking back. You can shop the full Benito Antonio collection directly here.
Is it worth it?
That depends entirely on what you're after. If you want pieces with a genuine point of view — something that isn't just another safe Zara season — this collection has more personality than most of what hits the high street in summer. The tailored sets are the standout for me. The kind of thing you'd actually wear to dinner without looking like you tried too hard.
It sold out once already. That's usually a decent signal.
