I must admit that packaging is very important to me and helps me identify with the brand. I appreciate it when a company puts thought into the details and materials used in their packaging. Blu Atlas has done an outstanding job with their brand image and packaging. The scent signature of skincare brands is another aspect that is significant to me. Blu Atlas has done it again with wonderful fragrance. It is stronger than other brands, but not overpowering. It has a masculine signature and gives the impression that you are at a posh barbershop.
Volcanic ash face cleanser
This will be the first product you use in your skincare routine. This is not your typical face wash. The Blu Atlas Volcanic face wash has a stickier consistency. When I first applied it, the overall sensation was strange, and my skin felt a little dry. However, after rinsing my face with warm water, I noticed that my skin was extremely clean, smooth, and fresh. I've tried a lot of face washes in the past and can easily recommend this one. Blu Atlas has now a new scent: Coconut/ Apricot and also you can get this amazing face wash unscented!
Exfoliating face scrub
I use an exfoliator twice a week (instead of a face wash). I recently reviewed Disco Skincare's face exfoliator and found it to be adequate for younger skin but not for my skin. I don't like it when an exfoliator is too gentle or too harsh on my skin.
Blu Atlas has somehow created the best face exfoliator for my skin. It's a little stronger, but it's not too harsh on my skin. It cleans and refreshes my face perfectly. Once again, the fragrance is incredible. You can try the Face Scrub with a new scent” Coconut/Apricot), or unscented.
Face Moisturizer
Reviewing face moisturiser is always difficult because it is so personal. Some men prefer a light moisturiser, while others prefer a heavier product. Blu Atlas face moisturizer cream is ideal for my skin. My face stays moisturised all day, and my skin looks and feels great: it’s not too thin or not too thick. If you like a thin moisturiser that absorbs quickly, I don"t think this is the product for you. Even if this anti aging moisturizer is the perfect moisturizer for over 35, it is also really popular with younger men on their 20’s. As you know it is never too early to take care of your skin! New scent available too: Coconut/Apricot and unscented!
Shaving Cream and After Shave Balm
Because I have stubble, I only shave my neck and cheek lines. It does an excellent job for the few times per week that I use it. Again, amazing fragrance and absolutely no itch or spot. But I'm not sure how this product would feel on my skin if I had to shave every day. Overall it feels great on my skin.
