Every Man Jack x Baker Mayfield Collection Review: Body Wash & Deodorant

I've been testing all six products from the Every Man Jack x Baker Mayfield collection, and both the body washes and antiperspirants have earned a place in my daily routine.

Every Man Jack, the American men's grooming brand founded in 2007, has teamed up with Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield to launch a limited-edition collection of body washes and antiperspirant deodorants, available exclusively at Target in the US.

The collection features three fragrances personally selected by Mayfield: Tampa Two Coconut, Deep Shot Cedar and First Down Fresh.

Every Man Jack recently sent me the complete collection to try, and after adding both the body washes and deodorants to my daily routine, I have to say I'm very impressed.

Here's what I think, including which of the three fragrances is my absolute favourite.

Part 1: The Body Washes – A Little 90s Nostalgia!

Three fantastic fragrances, but Tampa Two Coconut is my personal favourite, followed closely by Deep Shot Cedar

I've always been a big fan of strongly scented body washes.

I'm 52 now, but I still love those bold, fresh fragrances that remind me of the American college vibe of the 1990s. There's something about those scents that takes me straight back to that era, and I absolutely love it!

And that's exactly the feeling I get with this new Every Man Jack collection.

Of course, fragrance is important, but a good body wash also needs to leave your skin feeling clean and comfortable.

The first thing I noticed was the lather. It's rich, generous and feels lovely on the skin. After showering, my skin feels incredibly smooth, with a pleasant fragrance that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I've been using these body washes twice a day, in the morning and evening, and they have genuinely become part of my daily grooming routine.

Honestly, I can't wait to get into the shower in the morning!

But what about the three fragrances?

Tampa Two Coconut – My Absolute Favourite

This is easily my favourite of the collection.

Tampa Two Coconut combines creamy coconut with bright citrus notes, creating a wonderfully tropical and refreshing fragrance.

I love coconut-based fragrances, particularly when they have a fresh, summery character. This one is right up my street.

Of the three body washes, this is definitely the one I find myself reaching for most often.

Deep Shot Cedar – Warm, Woody and Masculine

Coming in second place, and not far behind Tampa Two Coconut, is Deep Shot Cedar.

This fragrance combines warm cedarwood with fresh spicy notes, giving it a slightly deeper, woodier character.

I think this is a lovely option for men who prefer something warm and woody rather than tropical.

It's a fantastic fragrance and one I really enjoy using.

First Down Fresh – Clean and Refreshing

Finally, we have First Down Fresh, which combines clean citrus with crisp woody notes.

This is probably the most classic fresh fragrance of the three. It's clean, refreshing and very easy to enjoy.

It comes third in my personal ranking, but that doesn't mean I dislike it. Quite the opposite.

All three fragrances smell gorgeous. I simply have a slight preference for the tropical character of Tampa Two Coconut and the warmer notes of Deep Shot Cedar.

Each body wash comes in a 13.5 oz bottle and costs $8.49 at Target.

Considering the quality of the lather, how smooth my skin feels after showering and, of course, the fragrances, I think they offer excellent value for money.

Part 2: The Antiperspirant Deodorants – Excellent Performance!

The collection also includes three antiperspirant deodorants, available in exactly the same fragrances as the body washes.

And once again, I'm very impressed.

When it comes to choosing a good deodorant, there are three things that really matter to me.

1. It needs to keep me dry all day.

For me, this is the most important thing. I don't want to spend the day worrying about sweaty underarms, especially when I'm out and about.

And I have to say, these antiperspirants do an excellent job.

I've found the sweat protection incredibly effective. They keep my underarms feeling dry and comfortable throughout the day, which is exactly what I expect from a good antiperspirant.

2. Absolutely no white marks on my clothes!

This is another important point for me.

There's nothing more annoying than putting on a clean T-shirt, especially a dark one, and discovering those horrible white deodorant marks.

Thankfully, I haven't experienced this problem with the Every Man Jack antiperspirants.

No white marks, which is a big plus in my book.

3. A fantastic fragrance.

And finally, the fragrance needs to be good.

If you've read the body wash section, you already know how much I love these three scents.

Tampa Two Coconut remains my personal favourite, followed by Deep Shot Cedar and First Down Fresh.

What I particularly like is that you can use the matching body wash and deodorant. It's a nice way to keep the same fragrance throughout your grooming routine.

What About the Formula?

Every Man Jack claims up to 48 hours of sweat and odour protection.

The formula contains 20% Aluminium Zirconium Trichlorohydrex GLY to help control perspiration, along with jojoba oil for smoother application and Malodor scent technology to help fight unpleasant odours.

The antiperspirants are also dermatologist-tested, vegan and cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens, phthalates, BHT or dyes.

I haven't personally tested the full 48-hour protection claim, but based on my everyday use, I think the performance is incredible.

They keep me dry, they don't leave white marks on my clothes, and they smell fantastic.

For me, that's exactly what a good antiperspirant should do.

Each 2.6 oz stick costs $8.49 at Target, which I think is very reasonable for the performance.

My Personal Verdict

Tampa Two Coconut

My favourite fragrance in the collection. Creamy coconut and fresh citrus make this my clear winner. Fresh, tropical and a pleasure to use every day.

2nd — Deep Shot Cedar
Warm, woody and slightly spicy.

3rd — First Down Fresh
Clean, fresh and refreshing.

Final Thoughts: Is the Every Man Jack x Baker Mayfield Collection Worth It?

Absolutely. I think Every Man Jack has done a fantastic job with this collaboration.

The body washes smell gorgeous, produce an excellent lather and leave my skin feeling wonderfully smooth. As for the antiperspirants, they've impressed me just as much with their sweat protection, lack of white marks and lovely fragrances.

At $8.49 per product, I think the entire collection offers excellent value.

I also appreciate the charitable aspect of this collaboration. Every Man Jack is donating $1 from every product sold, up to $100,000, to the Baker & Emily Mayfield Foundation, which supports children, families and local communities.
