Chrome opens with lemon, bergamot, rosemary, pineapple and neroli. It has that clean, slightly metallic freshness that made it famous. I know some people describe it as a little synthetic, and I understand why, but for me that is also part of its charm. It smells crisp, bright and shower-clean.
The dry down becomes more musky and woody, with cedar, sandalwood, cardamom and tonka bean giving it a bit more structure. It never becomes heavy, which is exactly what I want in summer.
On my skin, Chrome lasts around 5 to 6 hours, sometimes more. That is very good for a fresh fragrance. It does not project massively, but it gives you a clean scent bubble that works beautifully for everyday wear.

It opens with lemon, yuzu and mandarin, and the first spray is very bright. I mostly get the lemon and yuzu. It is sharp, energetic and almost bitter in a good way. If you like soft, creamy fragrances, this may feel too much. But if you enjoy proper citrus scents, this is refreshing.
The heart brings orange blossom, geranium and frankincense. On my skin, the orange blossom helps soften the citrus a little, while the frankincense stays more in the background. The base includes vetiver, ambroxan and cashmeran, giving it a cleaner, woody-musky finish.
Performance is decent rather than amazing. I get around 4 to 5 hours, which is normal for this type of citrus-led scent. I would not choose it for a long night out, but for a hot summer day, it makes a lot of sense.

What I like about Colonia is that it smells expensive without being heavy. It has that old-school gentleman quality, but it does not feel dusty or outdated. It is the kind of fragrance that works beautifully with a crisp white shirt, sunglasses and warm weather.

The citrus opening is smooth rather than sharp. Then the lavender, oakmoss and musk create this clean skin effect that feels fresh but slightly mysterious. It is easy to wear, but not boring.
Performance is strong for a fresh fragrance. On my skin, Atlantis lasts most of the day, with controlled projection. People notice it when they are close, which is how I prefer many fragrances to behave.
