The idea is simple: to give you a complete all-in-one solution for cleaner teeth without needing two separate devices on your bathroom shelf.

A flexible tube, which allows you to connect the toothbrush to a water cup for flossing instead of using the water tank
Personally, I did not use the flexible tube. For me, the whole point of this product is that everything is built into one device. I wanted to test it as a proper all-in-one toothbrush and water flosser.
How Does It Work?
The two-button layout keeps the brushing and water flossing controls simple and easy to understand.
I think the best way to review this product is to talk about the toothbrush first, then the water flossing feature.
As an electric toothbrush, the MarchPower 3-in-1 is easy to hold. It is maybe slightly bigger than a standard electric toothbrush, which is not surprising because it has to work with the water tank, but it still feels comfortable in the hand.
On the front, there is a small display where you can see which mode you are using. It makes the toothbrush feel a bit more modern and also makes it easy to switch between the different settings.
The toothbrush has three brushing modes:
Gentle – designed for sensitive teeth and gums.
Clean – for a deeper everyday clean.
Whitening – designed to help remove tooth stains.
Personally, I used the Clean mode most of the time, and I used the Whitening mode once a day. For me, this felt like the best balance for getting a proper clean while keeping my teeth feeling smooth.

The water tank is removable, so if you do not want to water floss that day, you can easily take it off and use the product simply as an electric toothbrush.
Filling the tank with water is straightforward. I used the water flossing mode after brushing, which is how I prefer to use these devices.
The water flosser also has three different modes:
Pulse – alternates between stronger and weaker pressure. This is designed for deeper cleaning and gum massage.
Gentle – designed for sensitive teeth and first-time users.
Standard – the everyday cleaning mode for most people.
Personally, I used the Pulse mode the most, although I also used the Standard mode regularly.
As a water flosser, it works well for daily use. I do think it could be a little more powerful if you need something very specific or more intense, but for everyday water flossing, it does the job.
And the results are good.
However, there is one thing I need to mention: it can be messy.
The concept is great. The design is practical. The cleaning results are honestly very good. But the actual water flossing process takes a bit of practice.
At first, I kept getting water everywhere. Just when I felt I was finally getting the technique right, it was time to refill the water tank.
This is not a product you master perfectly on the first use. You need to practise, learn the right angle, keep your mouth slightly closed, and get used to the water pressure. Once you understand how to use it properly, it becomes easier, but the learning curve is definitely there.
My Honest Thoughts After Three Weeks
After three weeks of testing, I think the MarchPower 3-in-1 is a clever and useful product.
As an electric toothbrush, it works very well. It feels comfortable, the modes are useful, and my teeth felt clean after every use.
As a water flosser, it is effective for daily use, but it is not completely effortless. It can be a bit messy, and the water tank may need refilling during use, depending on how long you floss for.
But here is the important part: the results are worth it.
My mouth felt cleaner after using both the brushing and water flossing modes. It gives you that extra fresh feeling that you do not always get from brushing alone.
The charging dock keeps the toothbrush upright and ready for daily use.
Conclusion: Should You Buy the MarchPower 3-in-1 Toothbrush?
I think water flossing can be a very useful part of a good dental hygiene routine.
